Doug Osowski is a Republican representing District 42 in the North Dakota House of Representatives, based in Grand Forks. He was elected in 2024 and took office in 2025, currently serving through at least December 1, 2028. Born in December 1961, he works as a senior systems administrator for the North Dakota University System, where he earned a Certificate of Appreciation for 25 years of service. He is married to Connie and has three children.
