Doreen Roberson Carter is a Democratic member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 93 . A lifelong resident of Lithonia in DeKalb County, she is a financial expert with over 25 years in nonprofit and healthcare organizations, currently serving as Controller for a Georgia-based nonprofit. She is a widow and mother of three sons, grounded in faith with advanced degrees in business and theology.
