Dina A. Neal is a Democratic Nevada State Senator representing District 4 in North Las Vegas. She previously served in the Nevada State Assembly for District 7 from 2011 to 2021 before winning election to the Senate in 2020. Neal is recognized as the first African American woman elected to the Nevada State Assembly and has earned numerous awards, including the LVNBA Presidents Distinguished Service Award , Rural Jobs Coalition Legislator of the Year , and Nevada Minority Health Award for community health impact.
