• Education: Born February 15, 1979, in Guatemala, Morales immigrated legally to the U.S. in 1999, graduated from Silver Creek High School in Sellersburg, Indiana, earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, an MBA from Purdue University, and an International MBA from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
