Biography
Dick Dever is a Republican state senator representing District 32 in North Dakota, based in Bismarck. Born on February 11, 1952, in Sterling, Colorado, he has served in the North Dakota Senate since 2001 and currently holds the position of President Pro Tempore. He is retired from the US Army, married to Pam with three children and 12 grandchildren, and serves on boards including the Burleigh County Human Service Zone and PERS.
