Biography
Dianne "Ms. Dee" Hart-Lowman is a Democratic representative for Florida House District 63 . Born June 26, 1955, in Tampa, Florida, she earned her first election to the Florida House in 2018 and served through the 2026 term, after which she received a farewell tribute. As CEO of the East Tampa Business and Civic Association and a business owner, she is a Baptist with three children and four grandchildren. Notable achievements include sponsoring legislation requiring AHCA to cover yearly mammograms and supplemental breast cancer screenings for certain women.
