Diana M. Fennell is a Democratic delegate representing District 47A in Prince George's County in the Maryland House of Delegates, serving since 2015. Born August 6, 1967, in Emporia, Virginia, she is a breast cancer survivor and resilient advocate for equity, healthcare access, fair wages, and social justice.
