Biography

Declan Joseph O'Scanlon Jr. is a Republican politician representing New Jersey's 13th Legislative District in the State Senate since 2018. Born on June 9, 1963, in Marlboro Township and raised in Little Silver, he is a lifelong Monmouth County resident, CEO of FSD Enterprises LLC , and Board President of Love Thy Neighbor, a faith-based nonprofit.
