David H. Rowe is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 85th District .

David H. Rowe owned and operated LBG Fitness Inc. for over a decade, employing local residents and advocating for small businesses. He participated in Christian missionary work as an educator in Southeast Asia before attending National Sun Yat-sen University in Taiwan for a Mandarin Chinese Immersion Study program. A leader at New Hope Lutheran Brethren Church in East Buffalo Township, he supports pro-life causes like Expectations Women’s Center and local youth programs. Prior to elected office, he served as vice-chairman of the East Buffalo Township Board of Supervisors , secretary of the Union County Republican Committee, and held roles on boards for Evangelical Community Hospital, Central Susquehanna Fire and Emergency Services, and Buffalo Valley Regional Police. Elected in a 2019 special election, he won re-election in 2020 , 2022, and 2024. Notable positions include vice-chair of the Pennsylvania State Freedom Caucus, policy chair for the GOP caucus , and chairman of the House Republican Policy Committee .
