Biography
David Ray is a Republican representative serving District 69 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, which includes portions of Pulaski and Faulkner Counties. He is currently in his third term , previously representing District 40 from 2021-2023 before redistricting. A consultant and communications strategist based in Maumelle, Arkansas, Ray lives with his wife Jessica and their two children, Charlotte and William. He is a Christian, life member of the National Rifle Association, and outspoken conservative advocate for lower taxes, limited government, school choice, and family values.
