Biography
David Livingston is a Republican representative for Arizona House District 28, covering areas including Sun City, Sun City West, and portions of Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, and Phoenix. First elected in 2012 to District 22, he has served multiple terms and is seeking his seventh term as of recent primaries. He currently chairs the House Appropriations Committee, responsible for securing Republican votes on budget matters.
Notable achievements include his long tenure in the state Legislature since 2012 and leadership as Appropriations Committee chair. Prior to full retirement, he owned and sold a franchise of Ameriprise Financial in Peoria in 2013, and he maintains the Livingston Financial Center while semi-retired.
