David Alcos III is a Republican representative for Hawaii House District 41, covering portions of Ewa Beach, Ocean Pointe, and Barbers Point. Born and raised in Ewa Beach, he graduated from Ewa Elementary, Ilima Intermediate, and James Campbell High School . His motto is "God, Family, and Community," and he has a background in community service as an organizer and advocate for affordable housing, environmental protection, and community safety. Elected to the Hawaii State House in 2022, his top priorities include increasing access to affordable housing through funding programs and developer incentives, addressing Hawaii's high cost of living, and building an economy where one job provides a living wage.
