Biography
Dave Shallenberger is a Republican representing District 58 in the Utah House of Representatives, where he began service on January 1, 2025. He resides in Orem, Utah, with his wife Lara and six children, and is actively involved in community sports, outdoor recreation, and Republican Party activities as a precinct chair and state/county delegate. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he emphasizes conservative values like individual choice and voice, and was elected in 2024 by defeating Democratic candidate Joshua Sorenson.
