Dave Rader is a Republican state senator representing District 39 in the Oklahoma State Senate, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on March 9, 1957, he has deep roots in the district, living there for 47 of his 63 years, attending local schools from Benjamin Franklin Elementary through Will Rogers High School , and raising his family there.
