Biography
Dave Min, born March 5, 1976, to South Korean immigrants, was raised in Palo Alto, California, after his family started in Providence, Rhode Island. A product of California public schools, he lives in Irvine with his wife, Jane Stoever—a UC Irvine law professor specializing in domestic violence—and their three children. As a first-generation Korean American, Min has focused on affordable housing, gun violence prevention, climate action, small business support, violence against women, and ending offshore drilling in Orange County. In Congress, he critiques policies under President Trump, including immigrant mistreatment, and works to hold power accountable.
Education and Political Experience
