Dave Hinman is a Republican representative for Missouri House District 103, first elected in 2022 and serving since January 2023. He resides in O’Fallon, Missouri, where he and his wife Kathy have lived since 1990, raising three children and now with five grandchildren in St. Charles County. Hinman retired after 35 years at QuikTrip Corporation, working in O’Fallon and Lake St. Louis, and also maintains a family farm. Notable achievements include sponsoring a 2024 bill to eliminate Missouri's child labor approval process for ages 14-15, aimed at addressing staffing shortages in local businesses despite federal restrictions.
