Biography
Dave Burke is a Republican politician and pharmacist from Ohio, born on July 26, 1967, in Cincinnati. He previously served as a state senator representing Ohio's 24th District , after switching from the Democratic Party to the GOP. Notable achievements include sponsoring the Pill Mill Bill, serving on the Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee to advance pharmacy practices, owning an independent pharmacy for 25 years with $7 million annual revenue, and receiving an award from the Ohio Association of County Boards of Developmental Disabilities for advocacy. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Ohio Pharmacists Association since 2023.
