Senator Darius J. Brown

Darius J. Brown is a Democratic state senator representing Delaware's 2nd Senate District, which includes Eastside Wilmington, Edgemoor, and New Castle. He is the only African American man serving in the Delaware State Senate.

Senator Brown is committed to expanding economic opportunity through restorative justice, workforce competitiveness, and infrastructure investment. He has been recognized by the Wilmington News Journal as "one of the State house's champions of criminal justice reform and racial equity."
