Biography

Danny Carroll is a Republican state senator representing Kentucky's 2nd Senate District, which includes Ballard, Carlisle, Livingston, Marshall, and McCracken counties. Born on November 4, 1963, in Paducah, Kentucky, he has served in the Kentucky Senate since 2015. Prior to politics, he served as president and CEO of Easter Seals West Kentucky and is involved in community organizations such as the Paducah Lions Club, Leadership Paducah Alumni Association, Briensburg Masonic Lodge, and Ducks Unlimited. He is a Baptist and a member of several caucuses, including the Pro-Life Caucus, Kentucky Sportsmen's Caucus, and Western Kentucky Caucus.
