Danielle W. Gregoire represents the 4th Middlesex District in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, which includes the city of Marlborough, the town of Berlin, one precinct in Southborough, and portions of Marlborough and Framingham. Born on April 17, 1979, in Framingham, she is a lifelong Marlborough resident and graduate of Marlborough High School. First elected in 2008 to succeed her former boss, Rep. Stephen P. LeDuc, she lost in 2010 but reclaimed the seat in 2012 by 214 votes and has been reelected in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024. Notable achievements include spearheading funding for the New England Center for Children , creating a day honoring Eunice Kennedy Shriver for Special Olympics, and passing first-in-the-nation legislation on Alzheimer’s and related dementias as House Chair of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs. She currently serves as First Division Chair.

- Education: B.A. in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College; J.D. from Suffolk University Law School ; member of the Massachusetts Bar.
- Early Career: Worked as legislative aide to Rep. Stephen P. LeDuc while attending law school at night.
- Political Roles: Served on committees including Children, Families and Persons with Disabilities; Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure; Judiciary; Joint Committee on Education ; Joint Committee on Elder Affairs ; Joint Committee on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight ; Joint Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets .
- Community Involvement: Member of Marlborough Lions Club, Marlborough Historical Society, Marlborough Medical Reserve Corps, and Friends of the Marlborough Library.
