Daniel B. Elliott is a Republican representative for Kentucky's 54th House District, serving since March 2016. Born on August 12, 1984, in Danville, Kentucky, he is an attorney practicing locally and focuses on community issues in Boyle and Casey Counties. He chairs the House Standing Committee on Judiciary and serves on bodies including the Perryville Battlefield Commission, Lake Cumberland Area Development Board of Directors, and Council of State Governments Intergovernmental Affairs Commission. A Methodist, he was unopposed in the 2024 Republican primary and general election.
