Dan Ruby

Republican representative for District 38 in the North Dakota House of Representatives.

Dan Ruby is a longtime Republican politician serving District 38, which includes Minot. He has represented the district in the North Dakota House of Representatives since 2001. Ruby is President and CEO of Circle Sanitation Incorporated and Noonan Landfill LLC . He serves as Chairman of the House Transportation Committee and a member of the House Industry, Business and Labor Committee. Additional roles include the Unemployment Insurance Advisory Council and High-Level Radioactive Waste Advisory Council. Married to Lori since November 26, 1983, they have 10 children and 19 grandchildren. He is a member of Saint John the Apostle Catholic Church and the Eagles organization.
