Dan B. Frankel is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing the 23rd District, which includes neighborhoods such as Squirrel Hill, Oakland, Point Breeze, Regent Square, Greenfield, and Shadyside in Pittsburgh. Born on April 11, 1956, he was first elected in 1998 and has served since 1999.
