Biography
Dan Eubanks is a Republican representing District 25 in the Mississippi House of Representatives. A 37-year resident of DeSoto County, he serves as a pastor, businessman, husband, and father, and was sworn in for his third term on January 2, 2024. Notable achievements include championing the Mississippi Religious Freedom bill in 2016 , authoring resolutions for Mississippi to join the Convention of States in 2018 and 2019, and holding the highest lifetime ACU conservative rating in Mississippi government. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Investigate State Offices Committee and on committees for Insurance, Banking and Financial Services; Constitution; Energy; Public Health and Human Services; and Elections and Apportionment.
