Stanley D. "DJ" Johnson is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing Kentucky's 13th District, which includes part of Daviess County in Owensboro. A retired U.S. Army captain with over 11 years of service, he is a Baptist and has been married to his wife Ellen for over 40 years. First elected in 2016 as the first Republican in a decade to win the seat, he served 2017-2018, assumed office again in January 2021, and was unopposed in the 2024 election.
