Biography

Curtis J. "Curt" Cochran is a Republican state representative for Montana House District 90, covering areas including Frenchtown, Alberton, Superior, St. Regis, Paradise, and Mineral County in western Montana, primarily Missoula and Mineral Counties. Born in Sanders County, Montana, he is 68 years old and has resided in St. Regis for over 50 years. A retired professional, he was raised on a cattle ranch and worked 40 years in the timber industry, ending his career as a forester for Tri-Con Timber, with additional experience in construction and tourism.
