Senator Cora Neumann represents Montana Senate District 30, which includes Bozeman. Elected in November 2024 with 58% of the vote, she assumed office on January 6, 2025, for a term ending in January 2029. A rural health and economic development leader, she is a mom from several generations of Montanans, focused on improving healthcare access, creating jobs, protecting public lands, and supporting families. Notable achievements include sponsoring Senate Bill 319 in 2025, which established licensure for doulas and authorized Medicaid reimbursement for their services—signed into law by Governor Greg Gianforte, effective January 1, 2026. She previously ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Senate in 2019 and U.S. House in 2022.
