Clint Hostetler

Clint Hostetler is a Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives representing District 24A. Born in October 1978 in Fairfield, California, Hostetler moved to Idaho in June 2021 with his family, seeking a community aligned with their conservative values. He is motivated by principles of faith, family, and liberty, and founded his own graphic and web design company in 2009, which he continues to operate.

Education

Hostetler graduated from Dixon High School and earned his bachelor's degree in 2007 from California State University, Sacramento.

Political Experience

Hostetler assumed office on December 1, 2024, following his victory in the May 2024 Republican primary election for the 24A district, where he defeated incumbent Chenele Dixon. With no Democratic challenger in the general election, he was elected unopposed. His current term is scheduled to end on December 1, 2026. As a small business owner, Hostetler brings entrepreneurial experience to his legislative work, with a focus on addressing challenges facing working families and communities.
