Senator Clarke Tucker ** represents **Arkansas Senate District 14, which includes downtown Little Rock, Hillcrest, Heights, Pleasant Valley, parts of Chenal Parkway north of I-630, and northwest Pulaski County. Elected to the Senate in November 2020, he is serving his term with seniority of 20 and previously served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 2015 to 2019. Born January 20, 1981, as Everett Clarke Tucker IV, he is vice chair of the Senate Efficiency Committee and serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senate State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, Joint Retirement and Social Security Committee, Joint Budget Committee, and Arkansas Legislative Council.
