Biography
Cynthia "Cindy" Schreiber-Beck was a Republican state representative for District 25 in North Dakota, representing Wahpeton. She served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 2015 to 2025, assuming office on December 1, 2014, with her term set to end December 1, 2026. A champion for aviation, agriculture, and education, she held key roles including Executive Director of the North Dakota Agricultural Aviation Association for nearly four decades and commissioner on the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission from 1997 to 2022. Notable achievements include advocating for North Dakota as a Unmanned Aerial Systems test site in 2013, serving on the House Education and Agriculture Committees, reforming drainage laws for farmers, and induction into the North Dakota Aviation Hall of Fame. She passed away on May 18, 2025, at age 70.
