Biography

Chuck Hall is a Republican Oklahoma State Senator representing District 20, which includes Pawnee, Noble, Logan, Payne, and Kingfisher counties. A fourth-generation descendant of a pioneer family that settled in Perry, Oklahoma, during the 1893 Cherokee Strip Land Run, he is also the third generation of a banking family legacy spanning over 160 years. He serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Exchange Bank & Trust Company in Perry, with 33 years in community banking, and previously worked as Director of Government Relations for the Oklahoma Bankers Association. Hall has been married to Amy for many years; they have three daughters and five grandchildren. Notable achievements include serving as Perry Citizen of the Year in 2018, two terms as Mayor of Perry, City Treasurer, City Councilman, and leadership roles such as chairing the Perry Memorial Hospital Trust Authority, Perry Economic Development Authority, and Perry Municipal Authority. He has also been a board member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority and the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank Branch Board, and was elected Speaker of the House for the Oklahoma Congress of Mayors in 2013.
