Christine Rolfes is a longtime public servant who has represented Washington's 23rd Legislative District in Kitsap County, encompassing communities like Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Hansville, Keyport, Silverdale, and East Bremerton. Born in 1967 in New York, she currently serves as Kitsap County Commissioner for District 1 .
