Christian Phelps is a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly representing the 93rd Assembly district since 2025. Born on October 13, 1993, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, he is an educator, journalist, and advocate who grew up in a family of educators and has worked in special education, journalism, community organizing, and public school advocacy. He identifies as LGBTQ+ and won his seat in the 2024 election with 52.72% of the vote.
