Chris Lopez
Chris Lopez is a Republican state representative from Arizona Legislative District 16, serving the Casa Grande area. Born and raised in Casa Grande, Lopez is a small-business owner with interests in both a trucking firm and a food concessions business. He is married to Jody and has five children and seven grandchildren.
Lopez's political priorities center on border security, economic development, and public safety. He advocates for limited government, low taxes, and affordable cost of living. Additionally, he supports school choice through Arizona's Empowerment Scholarship Account program and has backed efforts to increase teacher salaries.
Political Experience
Lopez ran for office on a slate with other Republican legislative leaders from District 16, including Representative Teresa Martinez and Senator T.J. Shope.
