Christopher Richard "Chris" Hart is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 73 in Richland County. Born on September 22, 1972, in Columbia, South Carolina, he has served in the House since 2007, succeeding Joe Ellis Brown, and resides in Columbia.
