Biography
Chip Brown is a Republican representative for House District 105 in Alabama, covering Mobile County. A lifelong resident of South Alabama, he is married to Aimee and has one son, Harry. He serves as CEO of a security training firm and is a veteran who joined the Alabama Army National Guard after September 11, 2001, serving on active duty with the US Army and US Central Command during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and deploying twice to Afghanistan as a Military Adviser for NATO and US Forces during Operation Enduring Freedom. Notable achievements include former Chairman of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alabama board and years of volunteering as a youth sports coach in baseball, football, soccer, and basketball. He holds the position of Republican Caucus Vice Chair . A committed Christian, Brown emphasizes conservative values in his service.
Education and Political Experience
Education: Graduate of Troy State University and the Defense Department Information School; currently enrolled in the graduate program at National University.
Political Experience: Elected to the Alabama House of Representatives for District 105 starting in 2018; serves on committees and has sponsored legislation.
