Ricardo "Chino" Rey Ocasio Ramos is a Representative in the Puerto Rico House of Representatives for District 2, affiliated with the Partido Nuevo Progresista *, a major party advocating for Puerto Rico statehood. He serves on the *House Committee on Senior Citizens and Social Welfare Commission.

Education and Political Experience

Ocasio Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the Colegio Universitario de San Juan. He has been active in politics from an early age, running as a candidate for PR State Representative in District 2 in 2024 and currently holding the position.
