Cheryl K. Acton is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 38. She was appointed to the seat on September 18, 2017, and has won re-election in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024.

Cheryl K. Acton is an American politician and writer born and raised in Kansas. She moved to Arizona for her senior year of high school and later lived in northern Denmark.
