Charlotte Esau

Charlotte Esau was born on July 29, 1961, and is an American politician from Kansas. She is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves as the Kansas State Representative for District 14, which is located in Johnson County and covers north central and northwestern Olathe as well as central Lenexa.

Esau's political career began when she was elected in 2018 to succeed her husband, Keith Esau, who ran for Secretary of State of Kansas. Her path to office has included both challenges and victories—she lost her seat to Democrat Dennis Miller in 2022 but successfully won it back in 2024.
