Celeste Rodriguez is a Democrat representing California's 43rd Assembly District, which includes portions of Los Angeles County such as the City of San Fernando, Rancho Cascades, Sylmar, Pacoima, Arleta, Panorama City, Valley Glen, and Sun Valley.
