Biography
Cecil Bell Jr. is a Republican representing Texas House District 3, which includes Waller County and portions of Montgomery County, such as areas in Magnolia, Conroe, and The Woodlands. A sixth-generation Texan born in Rosenberg and raised across the state, he is a contractor and CEO of nine active enterprises in construction and cattle operations, recognized as a 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist for the Southwest Region. He serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Texas State Guard and is a life member of the National Rifle Association and Texas State Rifle Association . Notable community roles include past president of the Magnolia ISD School Board, chairman of the Greater Magnolia Economic Development Partnership, and chairman of the Montgomery Precinct 5 Constable TECOLE Training Academy.
