Biography
Cathy Kipp is a Democratic State Senator representing Senate District 14 in Colorado, which covers most of Fort Collins in Larimer County. She serves as President Pro Tempore of the Colorado Senate, chairs the Senate Finance Committee, and sits on the education and agriculture committees. Notable achievements include her prior service in the Colorado House of Representatives for House District 52 , election to the Poudre School District School Board where she acted as Board President, and leadership in community listening sessions and education advocacy.
