Catherine A. Rombeau is a Democratic state representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, serving Hillsborough District 2 . She resides in Bedford, New Hampshire, a historically Republican town where she became only the second Democrat ever elected to the state house. Rombeau won her seat in a special election on October 13, 2021, with a narrow 37-vote victory over Republican David Danielson—the first Democratic flip in the 2021 state legislative elections. She was re-elected on November 5, 2024. As an attorney, she previously served as a Bedford Town Councilor.
