Carter F. Nordman is a Republican state representative for Iowa House District 47, serving since his election in 2020. Born in 1998 in Waterloo, he was raised in Adel and resides in Panora. A small business owner, he is currently in his second term, covering the 90th and 91st General Assemblies, with counties including Guthrie and Dallas.
