Carrie Isaac is a Republican Texas State Representative for District 73, which includes parts of Comal and Hays Counties . She assumed office on January 10, 2023, succeeding Kyle Biedermann after winning the 2022 election. A fourth-generation Texan and first-generation college graduate, she is a nonprofit leader, wife to Jason Isaac , and mother of two sons, Aidan and Landon. She resides in Hays County with her family and their dog, Daisy, and is a Christian. Isaac emphasizes service through nonprofits and churches over government aid, has volunteered extensively in her community—including hosting the annual Fire in the Sky Independence Day celebration benefiting EMS, firefighters, and veterans—and completed a full 140.6-mile IRONMAN triathlon.
