Caroline Fairly is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives representing District 87, which includes parts of Amarillo and counties such as Carson, Hansford, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Potter, and Sherman. Born in 1999, she is the youngest female Republican elected to the Texas House, first elected in 2025 at age 26, with her seat up for election in 2026. Raised in Amarillo with four siblings, Fairly's conservative values are rooted in faith, family, and service; her father, Alex Fairly, is a prominent local businessman who donated significantly to her campaign.
