Biography

Carol A. Hall is a Republican member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 59, which includes the towns of Enfield and East Windsor. Now in her fifth term, she serves as Assistant House Leader and holds committee assignments on Finance, Revenue & Bonding, Public Safety, and Transportation. Born on October 16, 1937, in Hartford, Connecticut, she was raised in a military family, moving frequently before settling in Enfield during high school. She is married to Fred, a retired Enfield police officer; they have three children and five grandchildren. Hall has worked as a Realtor for over 35 years, currently with Century 21 AllPoints Realty.
