Carl L. Anderson is a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 103 since 2005. A pastor and insurance agent, he serves as pastor of Greater Saint Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church and Greater Saint Stephen African Methodist Episcopal Church; he is married to Doris with three children. Notable positions include membership on the National Black Caucus of State Legislators Executive Board, Horry-Georgetown Technical College Advisory Board, and Georgetown County Port Task Force Committee; former roles on various House subcommittees .
