Biography
C.T. Wilson is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 28 in Charles County. First elected in 2010 and serving since 2011, he is the first Black delegate from Charles County and a U.S. Army veteran . Notable achievements include serving as 2026 House Parliamentarian, chairing the Maryland Veterans' Caucus , and authoring 10,000 Hills: A Little Boy's Journey , which recounts his childhood experiences with abuse in foster care and adoption. He holds current committee assignments in the Government, Labor, and Elections Committee and Rules and Executive Nominations Committee. Previously, he served on the Legislative Policy Committee, Joint Committee on Unemployment Insurance Oversight, and chaired the Business Implementation Subcommittee of the House Cannabis Referendum and Legalization Workgroup . He is married with three children.
