Bryant L. Richardson is a Republican member of the Delaware State Senate, representing District 21 since his election in 2014. He owns Morning Star Publications, Inc., which publishes local newspapers including the Laurel Star, Seaford Star, and Salisbury Star, along with chamber of commerce magazines and specialty publications. Richardson served six years in the United States Army Reserves. He previously served as President of Western Sussex Citizens for Life and is a member of the Greater Seaford Chamber of Commerce and Seaford Kiwanis Club.
